Sometimes it’s necessary to pick up ordered parts very quickly – even at night. But what can you do if it’s outside our working hours? The solution is our DREAMbox!

The main purpose of the DREAMbox is to allow customers to conveniently and securely pick up their packages outside standard working hours – without needing to wait for a warehouse staff member or schedule an exact pickup time.

The DREAMbox is designed for situations where a customer is unsure whether they’ll be able to come during working hours. Thanks to the pickup box, parcels can be collected at any time – in the evening, early in the morning, or even on weekends.

How does it work?

1. Place your order
2. Select own collection and then contact our sales team at [email protected]
3. Once the goods are ready, you will receive a notification with a code
4. Come to the box, enter the code, and collect your parcel.

Terms of use:

📦Packages placed in the box during working hours are free of charge – no additional fees.🌙If a package is placed in the box outside of working hours at the customer’s request, an after-hours handling fee will apply.

⏳Storage period: The shipment will be available in the pickup box until the next business day.

🧾After this time, the shipment will be available for personal pickup from our warehouse staff, unless agreed otherwise.

🔐Security - electronic lock, unique code, camera surveillance, motion notifications.

⏱️Availability 24/7 – ideal for urgent issues or when the customer has limited time.
